Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your sunglasses, we are here to help.

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To be eligible for a refund, proof of purchase is required.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Products that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
